Surrey Vacation Resorts, one of Branson's largest privately owned resort groups, has announced the organization of a new resort company - Grand Crowne Resorts. The new organization will oversee the sales and marketing for all Surrey branded resorts, including the newly-constructed Grand Crowne Resort and Country Club, located in the Thousand Hills Golf Resort in the heart of Branson.

Perme, owner and developer of Surrey Vacation Resorts and the President of the newly formed Grand Crowne Resorts. "We are pleased with the sales and marketing that the Surrey team has provided and we are looking at Grand Crowne Resorts to take us to the next level."

Grand Crowne Resorts has completed Phase I of construction of the new Grand Crowne Resort and Country Club, which includes thirty 3-bedroom units and features Branson's only triple-share resort condominium complex, allowing owners to choose separate 2- and 1-bedroom units or combine for a 3-bedroom unit. The Grand Crowne Resort and Country Club also features three outdoor pool areas, an indoor pool, a fitness complex, a theater, and a $3.5 million 40,000 sq. ft clubhouse with ample room for check-in, sales, and recreation. The resort complex will total 315 triple-share condominiums and features several walking trails with access to and overlooking the 18-hole Thousand Hills Golf Course.
